Inspired by the unrivalled durability of bespoke menswear and the classic design of vintage motorcars and luxury watches, JAM LOVE combines the finest materials, including vegetable-tanned leather and heritage waxed canvas from Lake Como, Italy with the best of British craftsmanship for our bags and leather accessories.

Our unique and iconic fine leather goods have been created to add an attractive, timeless and elegant accord to a stylish individual at work or leisure.

Jia Ma, Founder and Creative Director of JAM LOVE completed her foundation at Central St Martins and gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Product Design & Development for the Fashion Industries from the London College of Fashion in 2002. She has lived & worked in Beijing, London, New York and Tokyo and has infused the brand and collection with the cosmopolitan aesthetic and design versatility acquired across diverse markets and global niches.

Jia Ma returned to London in 2012 and established Jam Jar Project Ltd to connect the Nineteenth Century British letterpress process to new markets and mediums in the Far East.

JAM LOVE was born in Primrose Hill, London in 2014. Our logo is an 1880 typographic font found during the initial project. Both tote bags in the JAM LOVE debut collection, the SHIBAURA Travel Tote Bag and the TAMAGAWA Book Tote Bag take their names from dynamic places in Tokyo where Jia Ma lived and worked with niche brands including visvim, Comme des Garçons and Moncler.
